• Medical-Grade-Transformers

When health and personal wellbeing is at stake, as it often is in medical industry scenarios, it is of the utmost importance that equipment functions properly. Medical machinery equipped with Triad Magnetics’ Medical Grade Isolation power transformers are the ideal solution.

Medical Grade Isolation power transformers from Triad offer a number of benefits over transformers from other manufacturers. Their toroidal construction allows for them to be manufactured in much smaller sizes than standard EI transformers, ranging in heights of 5.12 in to 6.82 in, and improves efficiency.

Constructed within a Class F insulated, white powder coated steel enclosure, our Medical Grade Isolation power transformers are ideal for use with hospital beds, dental chairs and equipment, medical lab equipment, and patient monitoring equipment. Perhaps the most important benefit is that stray fields are greatly reduced, ensuring that the functioning of other sensitive equipment will not be affected.

Autotransformers transfer power in between coils in part conductively through the windings. This leads to increased efficiency, smaller size, a higher degree of voltage regulation, and other important benefits.

Triad offers 14 different autotransformer power transformers, including a universal isolation/autotransformer/voltage control model capable of operating at an output wattage rating of 4,000 output watts.

The specification table below details the capabilities of each of these models. To learn more, contact Triad Magnetics today.
